Bombay Shaving Company does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Replacements are offered only when the product received is damaged, defective, expired, wrong, or incomplete. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing "care@bombayshavingcompany.com" with their Order ID, an unboxing video, photos of the outer box (front & back with carrier label), and images of all received products from 2-3 angles along with the invoice. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with intact labels. Once the request is approved, a reverse pickup is arranged from the customer's location within 2-4 business days. After the product is received and quality-checked at the warehouse, the replacement is dispatched within 24-48 hours. For trimmers with a manufacturing defect, the warehouse audit process may take 7-10 business days and the overall process can take up to 25 days. Only trimmers are eligible for replacement within the warranty period for confirmed manufacturing defects. If a package appears tampered at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse acceptance and contact the Customer Delight Team at "7303488233".
