🎥 Unboxing Video Required

For any replacement request, customers must provide:

• Clear unboxing video

• Photos of the outer packaging from front and back

• Carrier/shipping label visible in the packaging photos

• Photos of all received products from 2–3 angles

• Invoice

The product must remain unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with labels intact, wherever applicable.
