Information on this site — including product descriptions, images, and pricing — is provided for general reference and may occasionally contain errors or be out of date. Section 4 — Products, Pricing, and Availability

- Product images are shown as accurately as possible, but actual color/appearance may vary slightly depending on your device display.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuser cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unauthorized/reseller activity, and will notify you via the email or phone number provided.

- Accepted payment methods (including UPI, cards, and other modes displayed at checkout) are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. ShopMitra does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
- In case of a failed transaction where an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us at support@shopmitra.net with your transaction reference for prompt investigation and refund, in line with applicable RBI payment and refund timelines.
- Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns &Refund Policy.

Section 7 — User Comments and Submissions

We are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them, and may remove any submission at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopMitra, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Section 13 — Force Majeure
ShopMitra shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet or power outages, government action, or courier/logistics disruptions.
Section 14 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 15 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
- If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Koppal Karnataka without prejudice to any statutory right you have to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or complaint via the E-Daakhil portal (edaakhil.nic.in) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
